Warranty for cupboards, drawers and interior fittings
You have a 2-year right of complaint and a 10-year warranty. This means that any defect, which has not been caused by the item being assembled and fitted incorrectly during the first two years, will be rectified as soon as possible, at no extra cost to you. If the defect appears after this, but within the warranty period, you will have the product fully replaced and you will only be responsible for having it fitted.
The warranty covers all moving parts. This means hinges, drawers, pull-out trays and wire shelves. Doors and the main frame come with a 5-year warranty against production defects.
Scratches, knocks and similar noticed after fitting are not covered by Kvik's warranty. If Kvik is responsible for fitting these defects must be reported to Kvik no later than 3 working days after fitting is completed.
Warranty for other purchases
There are special warranty terms for other purchases such as white goods, mixer taps, sinks, etc. Refer to the enclosed user instructions and warranty certificates for each product.
