About management:
A good manager understands that he has to delegate things to others and let people come to their decisions themselves. If I have to make all the decisions they will not all be right. I like to employ managers who are more talented than me. After all, it puts pressure on me to do my best.


Personal motivation:
I'm interested in people, and it means something to me to be something to other people. I like to find out why people react the way they do. I ask myself this question all the time. It is important to me to support the social community because Kvik is more than just an ordinary employer.

About management:
Management is all about my motto, combined with a good dose of high-profile management. As a manager, you're the one who shows the team the way, and you need to be a good motivator and able to generate team spirit. Being able to respect the opinions of others is also part of being a good manager.


Personal motivation:
My motivation comes from the superb support I get on the home front and from a host of really dynamic people around me at work.

Apart from doing the best we can with the resources we have, it is also important to have an overview. I like to have a high level of communication, based on dialogue and empathy, and so I try to put myself in other people's shoes so that I can give each employee the best possible feedback and advice.

I hate losing, so I challenge myself and the organisation to achieve our common targets.
